The Thornlie-Cockburn Link Project is kicking off some enabling works on behalf of Main Roads WA for the Nicholson Road, Garden Street and Yale Road grade separation project in Thornlie, which will improve traffic flow at this intersection.

Undertaking these works now will help minimise any future disruptions to accessing Nicholson Road Station when it opens in mid-2025.

The works involve extending the previously constructed underpass at Nicholson Road - providing a new connection for pedestrians and cyclists between the residential area of Thornlie (via Nyandi Court) and the Nicholson Road Station area in Canning Vale
