When you register for project updates, the Public Transport Authority of Western Australia (PTA) will collect your name and email address to add you to our mailing list. If you do not provide the information to us, or if that information is incomplete or inaccurate, then we will be unable to send you the relevant communications.
Your information will be kept securely in line with the PTA Privacy Statement and the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024. Your information may be disclosed to third parties engaged by us to provide services on our behalf, e.g. our mailing list software provider.
Your information may also be disclosed government departments, auditors, emergency service providers, and law enforcement agencies where required or authorised by law.
