Over 4,000 members of the public visited the METRONET stand at this year’s Perth Royal Show.

From 24 September to 1 October, the team handed out free showbags and spoke to the community about the METRONET program of projects.

A free photo booth and competition to win a $100 Smartrider were some of the fun stall activities, with project brochures and maps also on hand for those wanting to learn more about METRONET.

The team chatted to the public about various aspects of each project, including the much-anticipated Community Open Day for the METRONET Airport Line opening this week on Sunday 9 October.
