If you love the convenience of grabbing a bite to eat, popping into the general store for those last-minute items or stopping for a quick pamper session on your way to catching the train – look no further than the New Bayswater Station.

The station is not only a key transport hub for Perth commuters - it’s also set to become a thriving retail/consumer hub with 10 tenancy spaces available for local and new businesses. Conveniently located at ground-level, the spaces are anticipated to host a range of outlets offering (but not limited to) food/beverages and general convenience items as well as hair and beauty, medical and professional services.

In early December 2023, an expression of interest went out to the public to secure potential tenants for the 10 tenancy spaces. Fifteen submissions were received, and 10 applicants were shortlisted.

Over the coming months, the shortlisted businesses will have the chance to view the spaces and work closely with the Public Transport Authority to negotiate lease terms and conditions for each space, create concept designs and finalise leasing arrangements. The tenancy spaces are expected to open for business later this year.
