Animation and artist impressions give insight to the new Bayswater Station

Recently released animation and artist impressions give a more detailed look at the new Bayswater Station, as the contract is formally awarded to Evolve Bayswater Alliance - Coleman Rail.

The new four-platform (two-island) station will service the Midland Line, Forrestfield-Airport Link and Morley-Ellenbrook Line. The station’s features include longer platforms for future six-car trains, improved pedestrian connections, and integrated bus services.

Constructed on a higher rail bridge over King-William and Coode streets, the new station also includes an elevated Principal Shared Path along Whatley Crescent for safe walking and cycling.

Over the coming months Evolve Bayswater Alliance will further focus on the station’s design, including the finishes, landscaping and public art to ensure the new station integrates with the Bayswater Town Centre.
