The project at 1 Foyle Road is a five-storey, 17 apartment complex and will consist of one and two bedroom units.
Seven apartments will be built to Silver Level liveable housing design guidelines, with all units and communal areas accessible via a lift. Future residents will enjoy a versatile rooftop terrace for social activities and landscaped gardens, as well as generous private outdoor living spaces and balconies.
The Foyle Road development is strategically located within walking distance of a wide range of retail, commercial, medical and education amenities in the heart of Bayswater.
