The Infrastructure Australia Audit Report on Urban Transport Crowding and Congestion has been released, showing the positive impact METRONET will have on Perth.

The report highlights a 77 per cent reduction in the forecast annual congestion costs compared to the previous audit in 2015.

Over recent years Infrastructure Australia has significantly increased the number of WA projects listed on the Infrastructure Priority List, with many of these projects related to METRONET.

METRONET has been working closely with Infrastructure Australia in the business case stages of its projects.
