The draft Morley Station Precinct Concept Master Plan, a blueprint for the long-term urban renewal around the new Morley Station, is now available for public comment.
Making the most of the once in a lifetime investment in the new Morley Station, METRONET has developed a draft Concept Master Plan to guide future development around the station and enhance connections to Morley Galleria.
More than just a station, METRONET’s station precincts are great locations for future developments of housing, jobs and community services.
Within walking distance of its new stations, METRONET is driving land use change in more than 5,000 hectares of land to provide more options for living and working nearby, and the Concept Master Plan will lead this change in Morley.
Developed based on community feedback, stakeholder input, and collaboration with the City of Bayswater, the draft plan sets the design vision and high-level roadmap for planning and infrastructure delivery.
Review the plan to fast forward to 2050, see where Morley’s headed, and make a submission via the survey.
Once finalised, METRONET, the City of Bayswater, and other key agencies will continue to collaborate to implement the Concept Master Plan, with further opportunities for community consultation.
Submissions close 11:59pm, 31 May 2021.
