Share your thoughts on the new Byford Station as part of the METRONET Byford Rail Extension.

The new station will feature a modern design and public safety features, connecting Byford residents to Perth in just 42-minutes.

Three platforms are set to service both Armadale Line and Australind passengers and seven bus stands will support connecting bus services.

Community feedback has shaped the designs, with a focus on safety, access and connection to public spaces.

Public art has also been incorporated to reflect the area’s local identity, native flora and fauna, and Aboriginal culture.

The station complex will accommodate about 400 parking bays including ACROD bays and secure shelters for around 100 bicycles.

The community are encouraged to have their say on the designs before 7 September.
