Construction and supply chain companies looking to be part of the METRONET Bayswater Station Upgrade and Denny Avenue Level Crossing removal projects are invited to attend an Industry Briefing presentation and networking opportunity.
Our Bayswater Drop in sessions which occured on December 11 and January 19 saw more than 280 community members joining us to learn more about the project and provide their feedback.
Following months of engagement, the proposed Bayswater Station upgrade’s concept design balances the various priorities that stakeholders and the community identified for the station and future of the town centre.
Developing the Bayswater Station upgrade concept design is one of the first of many steps for this project.
Thank you again to the 972 people who took the time to go online and complete our survey on what you’d like to see considered in the Bayswater Station upgrade design.
Over the two drop-in sessions we held, we spoke to more than 300 people about the upgrade, other METRONET projects and City of Bayswater Town Centre Structure Plan.
Bayswater Station will become a major transport hub with the Forrestfield-Airport Link and the proposed Morley-Ellenbrook rail line connecting to the Transperth network at that point. The station will undergo a major upgrade.
